Privacy notice

SUPERCOMP SERVICES respects your personal data and handles it as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) requires. Notice version 1.1.

What we collect

• When you use the contact form: your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), the service you choose and your message.
• With your consent record: the date and time, your IP address and browser details. We keep these as proof that you gave or withdrew consent.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you (by phone or, if you gave it, by email) and answer your enquiry. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We share it only with people who help us run this website (for example our hosting provider) and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We erase your enquiry details after 365 days, or sooner if you withdraw consent. Consent records are kept without your name, phone number or email.

Your rights

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct or update it, or to erase it.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. It is as easy as giving it: use the withdraw consent page.
• Nominate another person to use these rights for you if you die or cannot act yourself.
• Have your complaint heard (see below).
